Can I supply my own garments? |

Yes. We can print or embroider your own garments. Sometimes there are limitations, depending on the type of fabric. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I order a sample? |

Yes. Sample clothing can be supplied for sizing purposes. Payment would be required first but then the item can be returned to be used As a part of your order. Samples cannot be returned for refund. Artwork samples can be provided before work commences.

Are there any minimum order quantities on your products? |

There are no minimum order quantities for clothing but there are for promotional items. Various discounts are available for quantity orders. Contact us with your requirements for a personal quote.

How long does an order take? |

Most jobs are completed in 7-10 working days from artwork approval or sooner. An estimated completion date will be supplied at the time of order. We are flexible and will always endeavour to meet your deadlines.

Yes, delivery can be arranged.

What is your Returns Policy? |

We are unable to accept any returns unless there is a fault with the garment or product, or we make an error with the printing/embroidery (i.e. the garments were not printed as per the visual proof approved) If you think you have received faulty goods we would kindly request that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. |
